How do I return or Exchange an item?

You have 14 days to return or exchange your order (via track and trace). To make a return or exchange, please send an email to info@sop-amsterdam.com. With a return: You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods using track and trace. With an exchange: We will reimburse the cost of exchanging the goods using track and trace.
